Prior to coaching, Natalia spent a decade in the hospitality industry, specializing in operations, training, development, and consulting projects. After years working in Corporate America, Natalia decided to explore her creative side in the beauty industry when she established a successful bicoastal boutique studio. Her authenticity and passion combined with her natural talent resulted in a rapid ascent towards becoming one of the most sought after artists in the industry. As she progressed through her career, irrespective of the environment or industry, her counsel was constantly sought. Soon, her affinity as a natural coach and thought leader became undeniable.

My name is Natalia Earle, and over the years I have excelled in various professional roles, showcasing my versatile skills as an entrepreneur, general manager, corporate educator, master stylist, and a student of the world's great cultural traditions.
I was brought up in a multilingual household and was fortunate to have lived all over the world. As such, I have had the opportunity to familiarize myself with the idiosyncrasies of different cultures as it relates to communication styles, mindset, and expectations. I currently reside in Miami, Florida and proudly serve as the COO of Barracks Legend Foundation. In my spare time I reignite my passion for life through reading, and as a sports fanatic I always find time to cheer on my favorite teams, including the Minnesota Vikings, Miami Hurricanes, and Miami Heat. #gocanes 🙌
